The Foundation provides housing in shared or individual residential properties where residents maintain independent tenancy. Housing availability varies depending on property capacity and program eligibility.

Who qualifies for housing?

Do you provide medical care or personal care services?

No.The SilverLining Foundation Inc. provides housing only and does not provide medical care, personal care, or assistance with activities of daily living ( ADLs). Residents are responsible for arranging any healthcare or personal support services through providers of their choosing.

Can residents receive services from outside providers?

Yes. Residents may choose to work with independent service providers such as home health agencies, caregivers, or other community programs if needed. These providers operate independently and are not employees or agents of The SilverLining Foundation Inc.

How do I apply for housing?

Interested individuals can apply by completing the Resident Application form available on our website. Applications are reviewed based on eligibility and housing availability. Completing an application does not guarantee housing placement.

IS HOUSING AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY?

Housing availability depends on property capacity and current occupancy. When housing is not immediately available, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

How much does housing cost?
