Assistance Animals (Service & Emotional Support):
Assistance animals are permitted in all housing units, regardless of pet restrictions. No fees or deposits will be charged. Verification may be requested in accordance with federal guidelines.
Service Animals Definition:
A dog trained to perform a task for a person with a disability.

Service/ESA animals can be denied If:
The animal is aggressive
Causes property damage
Poses direct threat to others
Owner fails to control it
Emotional Support Animals (ESA)
Definition:
Provides emotional/mental support (not task-trained)
Our Policy:
Allowed with documentation
No pet rent
No pet deposit

Shared Housing Units:
Due to the communal living environment, personal pets are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Assistance animals are always permitted.

Family Housing Units:
Households may be permitted to have up to two (2) pets, subject to size, behavior, and property guidelines. Pet deposits and monthly pet fees may apply.
Pet deposit: $150–$300
Monthly pet rent: $15–$35
Resident Responsibilities:
All residents must ensure animals are properly cared for, controlled, and do not interfere with the safety, comfort, or well-being of others.
